Auto Coaters

The auto coaters are used for coating pallets, grains, and tablets. These machines are built to the highest GMP regulations using S.S.316. Integrated with user-friendly software, these are controlled by a PLC to ensure coating consistency and eliminate the need for manual reference and coater expertise. The primary applications of these auto coaters machines are sugar coating, organic solvent film coating, and aqueous coating. The auto coater machine is equipped with an auto spray stop in the event of a perturbation in the pan drive.
